5+ Years experience in
Two wheeler (Scooters/ Bikes) in Design and Development of two wheeler plastic & Sheet metal components meeting design and functional requirements
Material Selection:
Choose suitable materials for plastic components considering durability, cost, and manufacturability.
Expertise in 3D modeling and 2D drawing creation using CAD software
CATIA V5
Vehicle layouts, performing feasibility studies, and interacting with various teams like development, styling, and suppliers.
Evaluating the feasibility of styling aspects, considering interfaces, joints, tooling orientation, and master sections
DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly)
Utilizing CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) tools for analysis, such as FEA (Finite Element Analysis), and incorporating feedback from simulations.
Familiarity with relevant automotive standards and regulations (e.g., AIS, IEC, FMVSS)

Ability to manage design activities, meet deadlines, and work effectively within a project team
