Role Summary

The 2D Interior Draftsman will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed technical drawings, working closely with designers, site engineers, and the execution team. This role is crucial for converting concepts into precise working drawings for execution, manufacturing, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed 2D drawings for interior layouts, elevations, furniture, cabinetry, ceiling, and lighting.

Create working drawings including electrical, plumbing, civil, false ceiling, tile layouts, and site-specific details.

Interpret SketchUp/3D models and convert them into precise technical drawings.

Coordinate with designers to translate conceptual drawings into executable technical plans.

Maintain drawing accuracy and version control for each project phase.

Collaborate with the cutlist, factory, and site team to ensure seamless on-ground execution.

Incorporate Vaastu and client-specific requirements into layouts when needed.

Assist in preparing BOQ markups, dimensioned PDFs, and presentation sets when required.

✅ Qualifications & Skills Required

Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Drafting.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in interior drafting (luxury residential experience preferred).

Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must.

Familiarity with SketchUp, V-Ray/Enscape, and ability to interpret 3D views.

Strong understanding of construction methods, joinery details, modular furniture components, and material dimensions.

High attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong sense of spatial layout.

Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
