Job Description:

Oranzai Builders is looking for an experienced 2D Draughtsman to join our team in Aluva, Ernakulam. The ideal candidate must have expertise in civil working drawings (electrical, plumbing, structural, etc.) and interior 2D detailing with precision and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed 2D drawings for civil construction, including electrical, plumbing, and structural layouts.

• Develop interior layout plans, furniture detailing, and material specifications in 2D.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure project accuracy.
• Ensure all drawings comply with building codes, project requirements, and industry standards.
• Revise and update drawings based on client and project team feedback.
• Maintain organized drawing records and documentation.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or relevant field

2-4 years of experience in 2D drafting for civil & interior projects

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software
• Strong understanding of building codes and technical standards
• Ability to work under deadlines and collaborate effectively
