2D Draftsman

We are seeking an experienced 2D Draftsman with a strong background in preparing detailed architectural and planning drawings. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in 2D drafting for township planning, layouts, and working drawings. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to translate conceptual designs into accurate technical drawings for execution.

key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop 2D drawings for township planning, site layouts, infrastructure planning, and detailed working drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, planners, and engineers to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Draft floor plans, sections, elevations, and infrastructure drawings as per given concepts and standards.
• Ensure all drawings meet relevant codes, guidelines, and specifications.
• Make revisions to drawings as per client or consultant feedback.
• Maintain organized drawing records and support project documentation.
• Deliver outputs within project timelines with accuracy and detailing.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Experience Required: Minimum 4 years of experience in 2D drafting, preferably in township or large-scale planning projects.

• Strong command of AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of township layouts, infrastructure planning, and working drawings.
• Ability to interpret architectural/engineering sketches and convert them into technical drawings.
• Strong detailing, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Experience:
