Job Title: 2D designer cum PPC Location: Athipet, Ambattur, Chennai – 58 Company: Lift Tech Equipments Private Limited Experience: 1–3 years Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Software Skills: AutoCAD (Mandatory) Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented 2D designer cum PPC to manage 2D drafting tasks and ensure smooth material movement for production. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between design, subcontractors, and the shop floor, helping maintain steady production with timely material availability and accurate drawings. Key Responsibilities: Prepare precise 2D drawings (layouts for cutting, folding, and rolling) using AutoCAD. Coordinate with subcontractors for timely execution of cutting, folding, and rolling as per drawings. Follow up on material status and ensure uninterrupted supply to the production department. Maintain accurate stock records of incoming and outgoing raw materials. Support production planning by aligning drawing releases with material movement. Ensure clear documentation and tracking of drawing versions and material dispatches. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality and timeline adherence. Maintain proper records for audits and material traceability. Key Skills Required: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting) Good understanding of fabrication processes (cutting, rolling, folding) Basic knowledge of material types used in sheet metal or equipment manufacturing Excellent coordination and follow-up skills Attention to detail and organizational ability Team player with strong communication skills Preferred: Experience in a material handling or fabrication-based industry Familiarity with stock/ERP systems or basic inventory software Contact: 9150020436 [email protected] Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
