Role & responsibilities

• Develop 2D character animations for training and explainer videos using tools like

  Adobe Animate, After Effects, or Toon Boom Harmony

  .
• Work closely with the creative director, storyboard artists, and content strategists to visualize and animate concepts.
  
• Create expressive character movements that enhance storytelling and make complex subjects simple and engaging.
  
• Integrate voiceovers, sound effects, and transitions to produce complete animated modules.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of animation projects within quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-5 years of experience in

  2D character animation or motion design

  .
• Proficiency in animation software:

  Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, or similar tools

  .
• Strong understanding of timing, posing, and principles of animation.
  
• Ability to collaborate with scriptwriters, designers, and video editors.
  
• A strong portfolio demonstrating character animation and storytelling skills.
