Job Description

Role Overview

The candidate will be responsible for creating professional-quality 2D designs and 3D assets that are visually sharp, brand-consistent, and delivered on time. If you cant handle both 2D + 3D, this job isnt for you.

Key Responsibilities

2D Design

Create marketing graphics: banners, posters, social media creatives, ads.

Design logos, icons, and complete brand identity elements.

Produce print-ready files: packaging, labels, brochures.

Handle UI/UX basics: screens, mockups, layout fixes (not full app design, but must be competent).

3D Design

Model realistic or stylized 3D objects, products, environments.

Create 3D renders: product shots, architectural visuals, lighting setups.

Texture, light, and render scenes in tools like Blender/3ds Max/C4D.

Produce short animation clips: simple motion, product rotations, visual walkthroughs.

Additional Duties

Work with marketing and product teams to understand brief and deliver exactly whats needed.

Optimize designs for different platforms (web, print, social, ads).

Maintain consistent branding across all outputs.

Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.

Proficiency in Blender / 3ds Max / Maya / Cinema 4D (at least one must be solid).

Knowledge of motion graphics is a strong plus.

Creative Skills

Strong eye for layout, color, and visual balance.

Ability to convert rough ideas into professional-quality designs.

Capability to work independently without hand-holding.
