As an Architect Engineer at our company located in Navi Mumbai, you will be responsible for demonstrating core competency in architectural designs, master planning, and space planning. Your role will involve working on schematic, statutory, and working drawings in both 2D and 3D formats, as well as preparing item descriptions, specifications for Arch BOQ items for tenders, and cost estimates. It is essential that you possess knowledge of statutory regulations, LEED/IGBC certifications requirements, hygiene, and sustainability related design concepts. You will be expected to have familiarity with global architectural practices and domain knowledge to review drawings and documents from our global engineering partners. Additionally, you should be able to evaluate the scope of works, manage changes, coordinate designs with other disciplines, and mentor the team to enhance skills and capabilities. Your responsibilities will include mentoring, training, and encouraging resources within the discipline to achieve project objectives, participating in client-facing meetings, reviewing resource utilization, conducting design reviews, and ensuring system compliance. You will also play a key role in developing architectural concepts, conducting technical audits, and providing guidance to the discipline team members for continuous improvement. Furthermore, you will be involved in developing faade & fenestration, interiors, sanitation, and plumbing conceptualizations, preparing cost estimations, and assisting in procurement activities. Your skills should include a positive attitude, excellent customer communication, the ability to present complex topics clearly, and a detailed knowledge of standards and procedures. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential for this role, while working knowledge of Revit Architecture, Navisworks, Photoshop, and 3D software such as Google Sketch-up is preferred. Good written and verbal English skills are necessary for interacting and coordinating in a global environment.
