IT support function. work in shift and teamwork with global customers / service providers. resolution of issues within the SLA and work on the daily tickets and requests. Implement network system enhancements on Network Switches, Router and Wireless. Network Management devices - Defines, designs and implements network solutions. Work with global customers / service providers to design and implement large complex networks. Thorough understanding of modern service providers, TCP/IP data networks using standards and technologies including but not limited to: Ethernet, OSPF, IGMP, STP, RSTP, 802.1q, 802.11n, and 802.11ac. Experience with Policy Based Routing, Quality of Service, Wireless 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, ACL and Network access control. Knowledge, skills and experience with Extreme and Aruba routing, switching, and wireless hardware, software and protocols including Aruba Mobility Controllers, Aruba Instant Aps, Aruba Airwave, Aruba Central, Aruba Activate, Security, Aruba Clear Pass
