This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Salesperson located in Thrissur, kochi. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for managing property listings, coordinating with clients, conducting property tours, and negotiating sales. Other day-to-day tasks include maintaining customer relationships, assisting in preparing sales documents, and staying updated with market trends. Qualifications Customer Service skills knowledge of Real Property laws Experience in Real Estate and Sales Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using CRM systems is a plus Previous experience in a hybrid work environment is beneficial
