Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Apriso MES Leadto oversee the design, development, and deployment ofDassault Systmes Apriso MESsolutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in MES implementations, strong technical and functional knowledge of Apriso, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering manufacturing execution solutions across global sites. Key Responsibilities :- Lead multiple Apriso implementations. Conduct requirements analysis workshops, solution design, and Fit Gap Analysis for Apriso implementation. Provide functional and technical solutions based on requirements. Customize solutions using Apriso out-of-the-box user controls and business components. Implement business logic using Apriso Process Builder. Configure master data using the Apriso portal. Understand and utilize the Apriso FlexNet data/object model. Identify and resolve performance issues in Apriso and the database. Utilize .NET Framework, ASP.NET, VB.Net, and C#.Net for development. Implement reports and dashboards using Crystal Reports, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services, Dashboard Builder, and MPI. Integrate Apriso with SAP and other enterprise applications using Business Integrator or middleware. Configure and troubleshoot Machine Integrator issues. Manage Apriso upgrades and use the Apriso GPM tool for deployment. Design and develop global templates and manage the COE master server. Implement Apriso best practices and performance optimizations. Experience with DELMIA Ortems for Advanced Planning and Scheduling is an added advantage. Primary Skills: Proficient in DELMIA Apriso / Apriso FlexNet MES product. Strong experience in multiple Apriso implementations. Expertise in requirements analysis workshops, solution design, and Fit Gap Analysis for Apriso implementation. Good functional knowledge in the manufacturing domain. Ability to provide functional and technical solutions based on requirements. Required Skills :- Focus on Digital Continuity and Manufacturing. Develops competency in own area of expertise. Shares expertise and provides guidance and support to others. Interprets clients needs. Completes own role independently or with minimum supervision. Identifies problems and relevant issues in straight forward situations and generates solutions. Contributes in teamwork and interacts with customers.
