The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful social media marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and driving audience growth. With 5+ years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence across various platforms, crafting compelling content, and analyzing performance to optimize our social media strategy, specifically targeted at people in Life 2.0 (50+) Compensation will be a combination of cash and equity. Responsibilities * Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies: Create comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our overall marketing goals, target audience, and brand identity. * Content Creation & Curation: Produce high-quality, engaging, and informative content across various formats, including text posts, images, videos, stories, reels, and live sessions, tailored to different social media platforms. * Platform Management: Manage day-to-day operations across our social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), ensuring consistent branding and messaging. * Community Engagement: Actively engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, foster discussions, and build relationships with followers. * Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance monitoring. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. * 5+ years of proven experience in social media marketing and content creation for brands or businesses. * Good writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to create engaging and platform-appropriate content. * Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social). * Experience with social media advertising and analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics). * Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus (familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar). * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills in English
