Mentor junior developers and enforce coding and documentation standards. Your Profile 412 years of experience in Micro Focus COBOL. Proven expertise in COBOL development, migration, and support. Strong grasp of legacy systems, batch processing, and transactions. Hands-on with Enterprise Developer, Server, and Visual COBOL. Skilled in client engagement, training, and project delivery.
