Your Role Lead design and implementation of Jira and Confluence solutions. Align configurations with Agile, Scrum, and ITSM practices. Integrate Atlassian tools with Bitbucket, Slack, ServiceNow, and CI/CD pipelines. Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and customize workflows. Enhance tracking and documentation using automation, JQL, and marketplace apps. Your Profile 4 to 6 years of experience in Jira & Confluence implementation and support experience. Strong in Agile, project tracking, and knowledge management. Skilled with workflows, custom fields, automation, and macros. Experienced in client training and project delivery.
