Your Role Install and configure IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) across various environments (Dev, QA, Prod). Deploy enterprise applications (EAR, WAR, JAR files) using WebSphere Admin Console or scripting tools like wsadmin. Handle incident and problem management processes, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Knowledge Management. Ensure adherence to SLAs and standard operating procedures to deliver high-quality support services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement preventive measures. Your Profile 4 to12 years of experience in WebSphere Administration Manage and troubleshoot issues on platforms usingWebSphere,UNIX, andSQL. Perform WebSphere administration tasks including deployment, configuration, and performance tuning. Monitor and maintain application health, ensuring high availability and performance.
