Key Responsibilities: ? Website Management:o Manage and update content on the website (products, banners, landingpages, blogs).o Ensure product listings are accurate, up to date, and SEO-optimized.o Monitor website performance, uptime, and responsiveness.o Coordinate with developers/designers for bug fixes, improvements, andnew feature rollouts. ? E-commerce Strategy & Optimization:o Analyze user behavior and website analytics (Google Analytics,heatmaps, etc.) to identify opportunities for CRO (Conversion RateOptimization).o A/B test landing pages, CTAs, checkout flows, etc.o Optimize site for SEO, speed, and mobile responsiveness. ? Inventory & Order Management:o Work with supply chain/operations teams to sync inventory andmanage product availability.o Ensure accurate tracking of orders, shipping, and returns through theplatform. ? Marketing Integration:o Collaborate with digital marketing, social, and CRM teams to executecampaigns (email, ads, influencer drops).o Ensure tracking pixels, UTM tags, and analytics tools are properlyintegrated. ? Customer Experience & Support:o Monitor user feedback and ensure frictionless UX across the funnel.o Coordinate with customer support to resolve escalated issues andreduce churn. Requirements: ? 25 years of experience managing a D2C or e-commerce website.? Proficiency with platforms like Shopify, Magento, or similar CMS. ? Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs and analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar,Search Console, etc.). ? Working knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. ? Familiarity with digital marketing channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, EmailMarketing). ? Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.Bonus Points: ? Experience scaling a high-growth D2C brand. ? Exposure to tools like Klaviyo, Recharge, Gorgias, or similar. ? Basic graphic design or UX experience.
