Job Description: Assists clients and internal teams with planning, configuration, optimization, operations and ongoing maintenance of the Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Configuration Manager and Intune) Infrastructure Provides operational input and requirements to the day-to-day operations and works with the client, vendors and internal teams to establish new operational capabilities for the existing MECM infrastructure Assists clients and internal teams with expertise on MECM OS Image build and maintenance, including Dynamic Driver injection, Patch Management, Application Packaging, Image customization through custom prompts Assists clients and internal teams with expertise on Intune Autopilot configuration, including enrollment, configuration profiles, dynamic groups, tags, application assignments, conditional access policies Identify, analyze, and resolve system problems with both short-term workarounds and long-term solutions Involved in end- to-end Project Management process, for projects related to Endpoint Management and related technologies Responsible for following Service Management processes for any issues related to the Engineered Solution. Acting as Third Level Escalation Support to NTT Data Technical Support Teams. Responsible for implementing OEM Driver Management and Integration solutions. Responsible for developing custom OS images as per the client's requirement. Assists clients and internal teams with OS Image and provisioning options in a virtualized environment (HyperV, VMWare) Generate regular reports on device compliance status and security posture to maintain transparency and address any compliance issues promptly Develop and implement protocols to monitor and maintain device compliance with organizational standards and regulations Provide training sessions and support materials to educate colleagues and end-users on MECM/Intune functionalities and best practices for device management Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancement and efficiency gains within the MECM/Intune environment Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure policies and customize Office 365 applications and services according to organizational needs, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and Exchange Online, optimizing user experience and productivity Leverage DEX platform tools (1E Tachyon, Nexthink) to expand endpoint management ability Leverage alternative content distribution tools (1E Nomad), to work with network bandwidth limitations Communicate effectively (in oral and written form) with a variety of individuals work well within small and large team environments Participate in Sev 1 and Sev 2 incidents and assist with troubleshooting and developing remediation for endpoint-related issues Participate in oncall rotation and respond to afterhours calls for Sev 1, 2 incidents, as needed Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Demonstrates very good understanding of current scripting technologies and batch commands. Demonstrates very good knowledge of windows server administration to include AD, domains, policies etc. Demonstrates very good knowledge of windows endpoint troubleshooting, including aspects related to encryption, application compatibility In-depth knowledge of configuration management principles and best practices In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Config Manager and Intune).
