Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to track emerging trends, assess competitive offerings, and understand evolving customer needs within the HRMS SaaS sector. Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing teams to drive product awareness, generate demand, and accelerate sales growth through targeted campaigns and initiatives. Partner Relationship Management : Establish and nurture strong relationships with key partners, fostering collaboration and enabling mutual success. Revenue & Profitability: Set and achieve revenue and profitability goals for assigned HRMS product lines, with an emphasis on strategic pricing and financial performance monitoring. Relations : Cultivate robust relationships with vendors, maintaining alignment on product roadmaps and collaborating effectively to support mutual objectives. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field; a Masters degree is advantageous. Proven experience in product management, ideally with a focus on HRMS SaaS solutions. In-depth understanding of the IT distribution industry, partner dynamics, and market drivers. Effective communicator with negotiation and stakeholder management expertise. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to product decision-making. Track record of managing successful product launches and achieving revenue targets.
