Learn more: www.1channel.co Role Overview We’re looking for a Client Success & Implementation Specialist to join our growing team in Gurugram, Kolkata, or Bengaluru. In this role, you’ll work closely with enterprise clients to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and continuous success with 1Channel’s SaaS solutions. Key Responsibilities Understand client business processes, KPIs, and goals to align with the 1Channel platform capabilities. Conduct requirement workshops and translate business needs into product configurations and workflows. Manage solution implementation , integrations, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) . Provide ongoing post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and performance tracking. Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and problem-solving. Deliver training sessions to ensure clients get the maximum value from the product. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred; MBA is a plus). 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Business Analysis, or Solution Consulting , ideally in SaaS, SFA, or DMS domains. Experience in implementing software or digital transformation solutions. Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
