Your Profile You would be working on Amazon Lex and Amazon Connect. AWS services such as Lambda, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, and API Gateway, Node.js or Python. Contact center workflows and customer experience design. NLP and conversational design best practices. CI/CD processes and tools in the AWS ecosystem. Your Role Experience in design, develop, and maintain voice and chatbots using Amazon Lex. Experience in Lex bots with Amazon Connect for seamless customer experience. Experience in Amazon Connect contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and Lambda integrations. Experience in develop and deploy AWS Lambda functions for backend logic and Lex fulfillment.
