We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Inbound-outbound calling, generating leads, explaining property details, and scheduling site visits for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert inquiries into qualified leads. Key Responsibilities Call prospective buyers, investors, and tenants from provided databases or inbound leads. Explain property details, location advantages, price points, and investment benefits clearly. Schedule site visits for the sales team and ensure customer follow-up until closure. Maintain a daily call log, lead tracker, and CRM updates. Follow up on warm leads and re-engage inactive customers. Coordinate with sales executives for seamless client handovers. Achieve weekly/monthly call targets and site visit goals. Handle customer queries politely and professionally. Skills & Requirements Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (real estate experience preferred). Excellent verbal communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. Basic knowledge of real estate terms and property selling points. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
