Open Positions : Team Member Team Leader Salary & Benefits : Team Member : ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 Team Leader : ₹16,000 – ₹21,000 Additional : Service Charge Performance Incentives Requirements : Minimum Experience : 6 months in any QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) Qualification : 12th Pass or Graduate Gender : Male candidates only Communication : Good spoken English/Hindi; confident in handling customer queries Other Qualities : Smart and well-groomed Customer-oriented mindset Willingness to join immediately Key Responsibilities : Team Members : Greet and assist customers courteously Take and process orders accurately Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards Support kitchen and service operations Team Leaders : Supervise and coordinate daily store operations Manage team members and ensure smooth shifts Handle customer escalations and feedback Report sales and operational updates to the manager Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Overtime pay Application Question(s): Do you have experience in Quick Service Restaurant?
