We are seeking an experienced Oracle DB Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru As an Oracle Database Consultant, you will play a critical role in managing, optimizing, and maintaining the Oracle database environment, ensuring high availability, performance, and security You will work closely with development and infrastructure teams to deliver efficient database solutions that support business goals and objectives Key Responsibilities: Administer and manage Oracle database systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance Perform database tuning, optimization, and performance enhancement activities to ensure high availability and performance Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies for Oracle databases Work closely with development teams to design and optimize database schemas, queries, and procedures Monitor database health, performance, and security, ensuring compliance with best practices Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner Ensure database security through access control, encryption, and other security measures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data migration, integration, and transformation strategies Provide technical support and training for team members and end-users as needed Keep up to date with the latest developments in Oracle database technologies and recommend improvements Required Skills and Qualifications: 5 to 8 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration Hands-on experience with Oracle 12c, 19c, and Oracle RAC Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle performance tuning Experience with backup and recovery solutions (RMAN, Data Guard, etc) Understanding of Oracle data replication and high availability solutions Familiarity with Oracle Cloud offerings is a plus Ability to perform database migrations, upgrades, and patching Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to optimize complex database queries Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements Excellent communication skills

SUMMARY Job Role: Oracle Database Administrator Experience: The ideal candidate should possess at least 7 years of relevant experience in Oracle Database Administration.
