Description Primary SkillLinux Admin Hiring Managerjitendrakumar.parekh@capgemini.com Tasks LVM (Creating PV, VG, LV, filesystem) User Management along with sudoers Analysing High CPU, Memory, Disk utilisation Advanced troubleshooting of issues in Linux RHEL VM in vCenter/Physical in iDrac VM build in vCenter Patching of RHEL using yum utility Troubleshooting Knowledge on RedHat Satellite Server Basic knowledge and good understanding of Shell Scripts RHEL 6/7/8/9 AIX AIX knowledge Patching (TL/SP upgrade) LVM User Management Troubleshooting on AIX HMC/VIOS AIX knowledge Understanding of IBM AIX environment NIM master/client concept Understanding of client machines from NIM master on how to access them, execute remote commands etc. Backup of LPARs on NIM Master Should be able to take backup of LPARs/clients from NIM Master server Patching (TL/SP upgrade) Should be able to do TL/SP upgrade on LPAR using NIM Master server LVM Should have sound understanding of AIX LVM (Creating PV, VG, LV Filesystems) User Management Should be able to create user, remove user, update user attributes as per requirement Troubleshooting on AIX Should be able to troubleshoot any adhoc issue with respect to AIX environment HMC/VIOS Should have sound knowledge of HMC and VIOS, like, how to take console of LPARs using HMC, how to access HMC GUI, what is the use of VIOs servers etc. IBM Case logging Should have expertise on opening HW/SW case on IBM support portal and should know about uploading snap data.
