The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing electrical for our organization, expertise in construction management, team leadership, and substation execution. Demonstrated success in managing GIS-AIS electric substations and supervising residential and commercial building projects. Proficient in project management, site work execution, and client relationship management. Skilled in AutoCAD, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, and budgeting tools. Role & responsibilities: Project Management, Team building and effective working with authorities. contract management, Client, and stakeholder management. Close monitoring of projects on day-by-day basis & planning of the project. Responsibility to deliver project on time including billing of the project. Tendering: EPC, Estimation, BOQ preparation, Preparation of BID documents, Technical & Financial bids, Eligibility criteria, GCC and cost estimation. To ensure that the work has been carried out as per the specification within time and budget. Responsible for project level planning and coordination. Responsible for billing of RAB,s , PV bills. Responsible for project initial stage to project closing stage. Deals with Client and Sub-contractor billing and material reconciliation. Writing Measurement Book and responsible for quality of work. Close monitoring of projects on day-by-day basis & planning of the project. Closure of project after successful commission and dealing with final settlements duly communicating with client. Responsibility to deliver project on time including billing of the project. Reports directly to COO/Board and deals with decision making. Responsible for P.way works, Staff quarters, TSS buildings and other civil works in entire project. Managing the manpower during emergency works/traffic block/NI works and CRS ready ness works. Study of EPC contracts, Drawings, calculation of quantities and preparation of BOQs. Acquainted with Contract Agreement clauses and BOQ specifications to carry out the site work. Certification of sub-contractors and local vendor bill etc. Supervision of Roadbed works, Bridge works, Buildings and P.way works (Track linking works) Execution of LHS/RUB works, Launching of BOX Segments under traffic blocks etc. Monitoring of Day-to-day activities to achieve the targeted works as per client requirement. Managing the manpower during emergency works/traffic block/NI works and CRS ready ness works. Responsible for quality of work. Involved in taking field data measurements. Experienced 3 block sections commissioning (BLGR-DFR, DFR-SFC, SFC-BUDM) and 3 yards commissioning of 43 KMs. Estimation of Engineering, S&T and Elect. Works. Preparation of Rate Analysis for Site-Specific Items and for New Items. Preparation of Price variation bills, Quantity Variations and Non-Scheduled Items. Preparation of Tender Documents (Evaluation and Qualifying Criteria, Works Requirement, BID data Sheet, Specific Conditions of Contracts etc.) Attending Pre-Bid meetings. Having Good communication/association skills with Client. Acquainted with Contract Agreement clauses and BOQ specifications. Thoroughly following of Railway Circulars, SOR,s and updated BOQs, SOP and BID documents. Study of EPC contracts, Drawings, calculation of quantities and preparation of BOQs.
