You will take ownership of transforming a high-value vault of leadership content—books, articles, videos—into structured, scalable, and sellable digital products. You’ll lead content curation, productisation, marketing, sales, and systems automation to build a self-sustaining digital business unit. This is for someone who thrives at the intersection of entrepreneurship, product, marketing, ops, and people impact. 🎯 Key Outcomes Within 90 days, you will: Launch the first 3 monetised products (books + courses) Set up an evergreen email/product funnel Take over and professionalise Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Build an operating dashboard with weekly performance metrics Propose and begin executing on 12-month objectives 🧩 Responsibilities Polish & curate all existing content (books, PDFs, workbooks, videos, articles) Build digital products : books, courses, social media posts + engagement, bundles, and funnels Pitch & secure partnerships : interviews, guest columns, bulk-buy deals, keynote invites, IP licensing. Track, nurture, and monetise every partnership - adding value at every level Use AI and other new technologies in creative ways to achieve outcomes Build and optimise the e-commerce infrastructure (Amazon, Kit, Gumroad, MightyNetworks, Skool, etc.) Own performance metric s: newsletter subscribers, revenue, LTV, CAC, conversion rates Spin founder footage + raw content into daily posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok. Engage audience, field DMs , and help warm leads to email opt-ins Run launch campaigns & quarterly product cycles Collaborate with Sumit for vision, voice, and alignment—but work autonomously Keep everything organised, documented, and automated ✅ Requirements Proven experience launching and selling digital products (courses, books, etc.) Strong systems and a long-term thinker Able to manage end-to-end—from idea to live sales Copywriting, product marketing, and funnel optimisation skills Entrepreneurial mindset.
