Key Responsibilities Deliver classroom/online training sessions on Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, SQL, and Java Full Stack concepts. Design, develop, and update training content, assignments, and case studies to meet industry requirements. Mentor students, clarify doubts, and ensure practical understanding of concepts. Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with the latest Java and related technologies to keep training material current. Required Skills Strong expertise in Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, SQL, and Java Fullstack . Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner. Prior experience in training, teaching, or mentoring (must have). Passion for teaching and guiding students to build strong programming foundations. Eligibility Only candidates with training/teaching experience in Java technologies should apply.
