Why This Role Is Exciting We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with media clients, handling inbound leads, overseeing a vibrant community, and supporting the execution of creator campaigns. This is a fast-paced position where you’ll contribute to the success of the team by bringing in new business and ensuring smooth project management from start to finish. What This Job Involves Conduct outbound outreach for media clients, specifically targeting the Indian market, and build meaningful relationships to generate new business opportunities. Review and qualify inbound leads, ensuring they are appropriately handed off to the relevant team leads for further action. Oversee and manage the inbox of 1000 media contacts, ensuring prompt responses, organization, and efficient follow-up on all communications. Take charge of our community on nas.io, providing guidance and support to ensure an active and engaged network. Manage the execution of creator campaigns, ensuring they align with project goals and deliverables. Assist the team as needed with day-to-day tasks and contribute to the smooth running of various projects, offering help whenever necessary. Sound like you? Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Comfortable with technology platforms and tools to manage communications, leads, and community engagement. Ability to mentor and guide a team to achieve success and reach targets. Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager/Director to join the team at 1000 Media to lead the planning and execution of high-impact projects from flagship events and creator fellowships to brand campaigns and special partnerships. You’ll operate as the strategic engine behind the scenes, driving multi-stakeholder projects that span content, talent, operations, and client management—often involving audiences or networks of 1000+ people . The selected candidate will work closely with the creator relations, community, commercial, and production teams across India. This is a cross-functional role that requires someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities Create compelling pitch decks and client proposals, as well as detailed post-campaign reports with actionable insights and performance metrics. Lead the planning and execution of large-scale projects and programs, from creative campaigns and events to creator fellowships and branded activations. Lead event operations , including vendor management, schedules, production, and guest experience for events with 1,000+ attendees. Oversee creator community programs , including onboarding, communication, and logistics for fellowships and talent initiatives. Act as the main point of contact for brand partners and clients , ensuring project goals and deliverables are clear, met, and well-managed. Build project plans, budgets, timelines, and workflows—keeping things on track and solving problems as they arise. Collaborate across internal teams—content, partnerships, creative, and marketing to ensure a seamless delivery process. Maintain structured project workflows and documentation across multiple fast-paced workstreams. Qualifications 6-8 years of experience in project management, content operations, influencer marketing, or account servicing , ideally within a media, content, or creative agency environment. Experience managing and presenting to C-suite stakeholders and navigating executive-level alignment. You’ve led projects involving large communities or audiences (1,000+ people) , whether through events, campaigns, creator programs and influencer-focused formats. You’re comfortable running complex projects with lots of moving parts—people, partners, production, and timelines. You’re a strong communicator who can bring calm, clarity, and structure—especially when things get fast or messy. You’ve worked with creators, influencers, clients, and brand teams , and you know how to manage relationships with care and professionalism.
