We're Hiring: Cofounder - Marketing & Sales (Equity-Based) Location: onsite Employment Type: Cofounder / Equity Partnership Company: HR Tech Startup (Pre-Seed) About the Role We're building an ecosystem around HR tech at the pre-seed stage and looking for a cofounder who's a rockstar in marketing and sales. This is not a salaried position it's an equity-based partnership for someone ready to grind, hustle, and build something from the ground up. What You'll Do Own and build our entire go-to-market strategy from scratch Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth Create compelling messaging and positioning for our HR tech products Run growth experiments, optimize funnels, and close deals Work alongside the technical cofounder to validate product-market fit Help secure pre-seed and seed funding through traction and storytelling What We're Looking For Proven expertise in marketing and sales (growth hacking, demand gen, closing deals) High-performance mindset — hungry, resourceful, and execution-focused Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build systems from zero Strong storytelling and communication skills Experience in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or startup environments is a plus No investment required, but serious commitment and hard work are non-negotiable What You'll Get Equity ownership and cofounder title The opportunity to shape product direction and business strategy from day one Access to an existing ecosystem of products with thousands of users A technical cofounder who ships fast and iterates based on feedback The chance to build something meaningful in the HR tech space About Us We're at the pre-seed stage building tools and infrastructure around HR technology with a focus on portfolio-driven hiring and skills validation.
