About the Role Were looking for passionate Full Stack Developers who love problem-solving, care about code quality, and stay motivated to keep up with evolving technology from web platforms to AI. Who You Are Passionate about software design principles Able to quickly understand existing systems and contribute effectively Security-conscious with a strong sense of product integrity Driven to improve both developer and user experiences A contributor of new ideas and always up for trying new technologies Key Responsibilities Build and maintain scalable applications using the .NET Stack (.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC) Design and consume RESTful APIs , ensuring high performance, reliability, and security Write and optimize complex queries using SQL Server Work collaboratively across front-end and back-end components Embrace code automation , unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines Follow security-first development practices Stay involved in agile ceremonies and collaborate in a fast-paced product environment Working experience in integrating with software partners , such as CRMs, payroll providers, onboarding or job boards is a must. Any Working experience of your involvement in building AI based feature related to any use case is a must. Excellent spoken English is required to coordinate effectively with the tech leadership team based in Melbourne, Australia. Our Tech Stack You will work across our modern technology stack including: .NET Core / C# / ASP.NET MVC SQL Server JavaScript / TypeScript Angular / React Node.js / Express RESTful APIs & GraphQL (Apollo) PostgreSQL AWS Experience with any of the above outside .NET is a bonus. We love cross-skilled developers and lifelong learners. Nice to Have Experience of Telerik Toolkit Experience using Syncfusion Code Studio Background in Recruitment, Rostering, or Australia Payroll systems will be a huge plus. Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) Experience in security protocols (OAuth, JWT, OWASP standards) Exposure to AI-based features such as: AI Screening AI Shift Forecasting AI Candidate Filtering What We Offer Competitive base salary.
