Role & responsibilities Technical Leadership: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of .NET applications. Provide architectural guidance and ensure adherence to best coding practices and design patterns. Review code to maintain quality, security, and scalability standards. Project Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion. Manage risks and troubleshoot challenges during the development lifecycle. Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest .NET frameworks, tools, and other Microsoft technologies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in development processes and methodologies. Implement innovative solutions to enhance application performance and user experience. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, QA, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions. Ensure alignment between technical development and business objectives. Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience : 8+ years of experience in .NET development, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role. Preferred Skills: Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Certification in .NET or related technologies is an advantage. Proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, and related frameworks. Solid experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework. Expertise in software architecture, microservices, and RESTful API development. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices.
