We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with solid experience in CI/CD, container orchestration, and cloud infrastructure management. You’ll work closely with developers, SREs, and product teams to automate deployments, ensure scalability, improve reliability, and optimize costs. Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure (preferably GCP or AWS ) using Terraform , Helm , or Ansible . Containerization & Orchestration: Deploy and manage microservices on Kubernetes (GKE/EKS) , configure autoscaling, and maintain cluster security. CI/CD Pipelines: Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions , Jenkins , or GitLab CI to ensure smooth automated deployments. Monitoring & Logging: Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging with Prometheus , Grafana , Loki , ELK , or equivalent tools. Security & Compliance: Manage secrets securely, enforce IAM policies, and apply best practices for network security and access control. Automation & Scripting: Automate routine DevOps tasks using Python , Bash , or Go . Incident Response & Reliability: Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot production issues, and improve system reliability through proactive measures. Required Skills 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering Strong knowledge of Kubernetes , Docker , and container lifecycle management Expertise with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI) Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm, Ansible) Solid understanding of Linux systems , networking , and shell scripting Familiarity with monitoring & observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki) Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) Understanding of version control (Git), branching strategies , and deployment workflows Good to Have Knowledge of service mesh (Istio, Linkerd) Experience with serverless or Cloud Run / Lambda Exposure to Datadog / New Relic / OpenTelemetry Basic understanding of cost optimization & FinOps Experience working in high-availability, multi-region architectures Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and debugging ability Excellent communication and documentation skills Collaborative mindset with developers and QA teams Ownership attitude — ability to manage systems end-to-end
