1.Accounting & Financial Management Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. Monitor cash flow and working capital management. 2.Taxation & Compliance Handle direct and indirect tax (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.). File tax returns and ensure timely payment of statutory dues. Ensure compliance with all statutory laws and regulations. Represent the company in front of tax authorities when required. 3.Audit & Assurance Coordinate and manage internal and statutory audits. Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditors. Implement internal control systems to safeguard assets and prevent fraud. 4.Corporate Finance & Advisory Support fundraising, investments, and financial structuring. Provide financial insights for business expansion and decision-making. Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors. 5.MIS & Reporting Prepare and present periodic Management Information Reports (MIS). Provide financial analysis and advice to management for cost optimization. Track KPIs and ensure financial discipline. 6.Other Responsibilities Payroll management and employee tax compliance. Drafting and vetting financial agreements/contracts. Ensure compliance with Company Law, FEMA, and other relevant regulations.
