We at Kailash Healthcare Ltd is urgently hiring for Zumba Instructor for Sector 62, Noida.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead Zumba classes for students of all skill levels, providing guidance on dance moves and choreography.

• Develop and teach new routines, incorporating various music styles and genres to keep classes engaging.

• Collaborate with other instructors to plan and organize class schedules, ensuring a diverse range of fitness options for members.

• Provide feedback and constructive criticism to students, helping them improve their technique and overall performance.

• Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm during classes, encouraging participants to push themselves physically and mentally.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience as a Zumba instructor or related field (fitness industry).

• Strong knowledge of Zumba methodology, including choreography, dance techniques, and music selection.

• Excellent communication skills for effective instruction and student interaction.

• Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
