Job Description – Brand Marketing Manager (Direct Selling & Distribution) We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to expand Masaladrops.com direct selling network across Chennai city. The role includes Identifying, hiring and onboarding direct selling agents and field marketing staff(Incentive only post), assigning territories, ensuring daily field deployment, Planning and generating revenue for the brand. The Brand manager (Chennai Region) will monitor sales performance, product demos, retail coverage, drive on-ground marketing activities focusing on revenue target. Responsibilities include coordinating with distributors, planning stock movement, improving retail availability, and executing sampling/promotional campaigns. The role requires creating training materials, conducting weekly training, tracking KPIs, and reporting performance. Ideal candidates must have FMCG/channel sales experience or branding experience, strong recruitment skills, and the ability to manage field teams.
