Job Title: Accountant Company: Zuhera Private Limited Location: Kolkata, West Bengal (On-site) About Us: Zuhera Private Limited is a growing export and manufacturing company engaged in baby garments and international trade. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting operations, GST/TDS filings, and proficiency in both Zoho Books and Tally. Key Responsibilities: • Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Zoho Books and Tally ERP. • Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances — including monthly return filing and reconciliation. • Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and bank reconciliations. • Assist in internal audits, balance sheet finalization, and coordination with external auditors. • Maintain organized records of invoices, bills, and supporting documentation. • Prepare MIS reports and handle data analysis using Microsoft Excel. • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all accounting activities. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance. • Strong command of Zoho Books, Tally ERP, GST, TDS, and Microsoft Excel. • Knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations. • Experience working in or with Chartered Accountant firms will be given preference. • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
