YourStory.com+1 Our goal is to help vendors list their products quickly, reach buyers, and manage their store smoothly. As we grow, we are looking for motivated people to support our vendor-onboarding operations and provide technical assistance to our partner sellers. Role Overview As a Calling Executive for Vendor Onboarding & Technical Support (Backend), you will be the key bridge between our leads (potential vendors) and our platform. You will call leads, explain the onboarding process, assist vendors in uploading their products, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure they are set up for success on Zudii. Your role will be both high in communication (voice calling) and technical support (guiding vendors through product upload, assisting with tools and platform features). Key Responsibilities Reach out to generated leads (vendors / sellers) via phone calls to explain Zudii’s seller benefits and onboarding process. Educate vendors on how to list products on the Zudii marketplace: how to upload images, enter product details (title, description, price, SKU, variants), set shipping/fulfillment options. Provide hands-on support (via call, video call, chat) to vendors who are facing technical issues while uploading their products or accessing features of the platform. Follow up with vendors to ensure they complete their product listings, meet quality standards (images, correct categorisation, minimum criteria) and go live. Maintain and update internal tracking: lead status, vendor progress, number of products uploaded, issues faced, resolution status. Liaise with internal teams (tech team, product team, operations) to escalate and resolve vendor issues (platform bugs, upload errors, missing features). Provide feedback to the team on common vendor pain-points and suggest process improvements for smoother onboarding. Meet daily/weekly targets: number of calls, vendor onboardings completed, products uploaded, issue resolution time. Ensure excellent vendor experience: courteous, clear communication, timely follow-up, and building vendor trust and satisfaction. Skills & Requirements Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Punjabi/Hindi (or languages relevant to your vendor base). Comfortable making outbound calls, handling objections, and persuading leads to get onboarded. Basic technical aptitude: comfortable guiding non-technical users through steps on a web-platform (uploading images, filling forms, troubleshooting browser issues). Experience (1-2 years) in customer support, vendor onboarding, telesales, or inside sales is a plus. Familiarity with e-commerce marketplace operations is a plus (listing products, variants, SKUs, product images, shipping settings). Strong organisational skills: ability to manage multiple vendor accounts/leads, track progress, maintain follow-ups. Problem-solving attitude: proactively identify and escalate vendor or platform issues. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, open to learning new tools and processes. Basic computer skills: MS Office (Excel/Sheets), web-browser, ability to learn internal CRM or vendor-portal systems. Ability to work in team setting and contribute ideas for process improvements.
