Role & responsibilities Handle sales activities for assigned territory to achieve monthly targets. Develop new business opportunities through effective dealer handling and secondary sales strategies. Manage existing relationships with distributors, dealers, and customers to drive repeat purchases and referrals. Identify potential markets and develop plans to penetrate them through effective marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the team to achieve overall sales goals and objectives. Desired candidate profile: 2-4 years of experience in B2C Sales, Dealer Handling, Distributor Handling, New Business Development, Secondary Sales, Sales Development, Sales Management or similar roles. Strong understanding of Sales And Marketing principles and practices. Excellent communication skills for effective customer engagement. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
