Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineers , who is capable to manage ,supervise, the execution, commissioning and hydro testing of ESRs, pipe lines (DI 100mm to 600mm dia), FHTCs, and similar other works on site measurements for civil, electrical and other type of works. Responsibilities Billing Engineer , who is capable to take on site measurements for civil, electrical and other type of works. He should be able to read structural , GA, civil, mechanical, electrical drawings , capable to under stand the work orders along-with price schedules and record the measurements. Qualifications BE/B-Tech civil, mechanical, electrical etc . Diploma certification can also be considered subject to having minimum experience of 3-5 years in execution, operation and maintenance .
