Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Officer at Zuari Cement Ltd. located in Chitradurga. The Senior Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing production processes. The role also includes coordinating with different departments, preparing reports, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. Qualifications Experience in managing daily operations and staff supervision Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards Skills in production process optimization and efficiency improvement Excellent coordination and reporting skills Ability to implement strategic initiatives and drive productivity Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the cement or construction industry is a plus
