Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating strong hands-on experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA). - Utilizing deep knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, proxy, DNS, VPN, and Zero Trust architecture. - Understanding Firewalls and their functionalities. - Working with cloud and hybrid environments such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and integrating them with Zscaler. - Proficiency in traffic analysis tools and techniques like Wireshark, tcpdump, etc. - Familiarity with Identity Providers such as Okta, ADFS, Azure AD, and SAML/SSO integration. - Showcasing excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure. Preferred qualifications for this role include: - Holding Zscaler certifications (e.g., ZCCA-IA, ZCCA-PA, Zscaler Cloud Security Specialist). - Possessing certifications like CCSE, CCSA, CCNP-Security. - Having prior experience in a large-scale enterprise environment. - Exposure to SIEM tools and integration (Splunk etc).
