Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Zscaler proxy security solutions for clients.
  
• Configure and troubleshoot Zscaler web gateways to ensure secure internet access.
  
• Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutioning for security needs.
  
• Provide technical support to resolve issues related to Zscaler proxies and web gateways.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for network security.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting with expertise in Zscaler, Proxy, Solutioning, and Security.
  
• B.Tech/B.E. degree from a reputed institution (Any Specialization).
  
• Strong understanding of networking protocols such as HTTP, SSL/TLS, DNS, DHCP etc. .
  
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously with strong project management skills.
