About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc., to hit performance goals (ROAS, CPA, etc.). 2. Analyze ad performance and identify what's working (or not) in our creative assets. 3. Provide clear, actionable feedback to designers and video editors to improve ad creatives or manage the process to get high-quality assets delivered. 4. Spot trends in ad creative performance (e.g., hooks, visuals, CTAs) and apply them to boost campaign success. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align creatives with brand voice and campaign objectives. 6. Monitor budgets, adjust bids, and test new audiences to maximize ROI. Proven experience as a Media Buyer with a track record of running successful ad campaigns. 2. A strong sense of what makes ad creatives pop—bonus if you’ve got examples of campaigns where your creative input made a difference. 3. Ability to either guide creative development or coordinate with designers/videographers to get the job done. 4. Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) or video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut) is a plus, but not required. 5. Analytical mindset—comfortable with data and translating it into creative decisions. 6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to bridge the gap between media and creative.
