Job Description / Role & Responsibilities Dispensing generic medicines as per prescription . Managing day-to-day store operations including billing, inventory, and stock management. Providing customer guidance on medicines and affordable alternatives. Ensuring compliance with PCI norms and company SOPs. Maintaining store hygiene and documentation . Handling rotational shifts, week offs, and comp-offs efficiently. Preferred Candidate Profile Qualification: D.Pharm / B.Pharm with valid PCI license (TNPCI for Tamil Nadu - Chennai / KSPCI for Karnataka - Bangalore, Mysore). Experience: Freshers & Experienced (05+ years) in pharmacy retail or hospital pharmacy. Strong customer service and communication skills . Knowledge of retail pharmacy operations, billing, and inventory management . Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to store operations .
