Qualifications for this role include skills in Visual Design and Product Design, experience with Design Thinking methodologies, clear communication skills, proactiveness, thoughtfulness, high ownership mentality, proficiency in Figma for design systems and components, experience in animations/micro-interactions tools like AE, Jitter, Rive, Lottie, familiarity with no-code tools such as Webflow and Framer, expertise in visual & brand design, and experience in website design for marketing pages, landing pages, and funnels.
