Company: Zoomberg.in Product: Boldtrack.in Location: NCR Region (Office-based with on-field assignments) Experience Required: Minimum 5 years About Us Zoomberg.in, through its flagship product Boldtrack.in, is building reliable, innovative GPS tracking solutions. We are seeking a skilled Technician to help us test and validate new GPS devices in-office, and carry out on-field installations across NCR. Role Overview The Technician will handle device testing, troubleshooting, and installations, working closely with the product and engineering teams. This is a hybrid role with both office-based technical testing and field operations, requiring hands-on expertise, confidence, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities Test, validate, and troubleshoot GPS devices and related hardware/software. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to highlight device challenges. Perform installations, maintenance, and servicing of GPS devices at client sites across NCR. Maintain documentation of test results, field visits, and client installations. Educate clients on device usage and provide basic troubleshooting support. Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions. Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience in GPS devices, telematics, electronics, or similar fields. Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in field installations and customer-facing roles. Good written and verbal communication skills. Confident, self-driven, and flexible to travel across NCR.
