Our goal is to streamline processes and improve efficiency for our clients. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily sales operations, managing and guiding the sales team, developing sales strategies, and building and maintaining relationships with key clients. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and working closely with other departments to achieve overall business goals. Qualifications Proven experience in sales management and team leadership Exceptional communication and negotiation skills Ability to analyze market trends and prepare sales reports Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus Bachelor's degree Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
