Title: Zonal Sales Manager – East (FMCG) Location: Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, West Bengal Work Mode: In-Office Company: Mangalam Brands Pvt. Ltd. Salary Range: ₹6.5 LPA – ₹16.5 LPA Experience Required: 10–15 Years Important Note: Apply only if ALL of the following criteria are met: 1. You have exclusive FMCG experience – Pharma, Retail, and other domains will not be considered. 2. You are currently handling General Trade (GT). 3. You have on-ground exposure in East India, specifically West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand & Assam. 4. Your current designation is either Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) or Regional Sales Manager (RSM). Role Overview: Mangalam Brands Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced and result-oriented Zonal Sales Manager to drive business growth across East India. This leadership role is responsible for leading sales strategy, managing channel operations, and driving high-performing sales teams. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Planning  Build & execute zonal strategies targeting ₹4 Cr+ monthly revenue.  Analyze competitor landscape, drive BTL activations, and assess market potential. Channel & Distribution Management  Develop distributor & retail networks across urban and rural East.  Ensure product availability, visibility, and optimal SKU movement. Team Leadership  Manage and mentor a zonal team of ASMs, TSOs, and field sales staff.  Conduct field visits, reviews, and performance tracking across all territories. Product Launch & Trade Marketing  Identify launch markets based on data & trends.  Plan and execute trade schemes and retailer-level activations. Reporting & Business Intelligence  Monitor key sales metrics: Primary/Secondary Sales, Distribution Depth, and ROI.  Present insights and zonal updates to senior management. Key KPIs:  Target achievement (revenue, volume, market share)  Retail & distributor network growth  GT penetration & scheme execution  Team performance & attrition  Execution effectiveness of BTL/trade campaigns Candidate Profile: Education:  Graduate in Business, Marketing, or relevant field  MBA/PGDM preferred Experience:  10–15 years in core FMCG sales  Proven ZSM/RSM experience managing East Zone markets  Prior management of large sales teams (20–90+ people)  Worked with categories like Sugar, Soaps, Detergents, Beverages, Diapers, Confectionery Key Skills:  General Trade (GT) Distribution Management  BTL Activations & Trade Schemes  Team Motivation & Field Coaching  Route-to-Market (RTM) Strategy  Sales Forecasting & Reporting Preferred Background:  Previous tenures in companies like Nestle, RSPL, Parle, Shree Renuka Sugars  Proven record in handling markets in Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, West Bengal & North-East How to Apply: Email your updated resume to: teamteknik.ranju@gmail.com Please include in your email:  Current CTC  Expected CTC  Notice Period  Current Location Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
