Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in sales management, territory or zonal sales handling, and business development within medical devices, healthcare, or related industries.
• Strong skills in customer relationship management, key account handling, and stakeholder engagement with hospitals, laboratories, and distributors.
• Ability to plan and execute sales strategies, set and achieve targets, analyze sales data, and prepare accurate forecasts and performance reports.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical product features and benefits to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of medical device and IVD market dynamics, including basic understanding of regulatory frameworks such as ISO 13485, CDSCO, and USFDA processes.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and digital communication platforms for reporting and collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification in marketing or sales is an advantage.
• Proven ability to work independently in the field, travel within the zone as required, and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
