3 sharing rooms aren't big enough so better go for 2 sharing.

Well it's a nice place to live. Environment is good, ambience is good. Only concern which I see here is your day to day stuff not available within walkable distance. But if you have car then you can go for it.

A Gated community with Good Amenities ... Most of the houses rented to medical students... Spacious .., well planned.., Great amount of Green cover with much Amenieties to keep yu occupied...well maintained... Easily Accessible as very next to a metro Station and well connected roads..
